Henry has more than 30 years of corporate experience under his belt as he leads StrategicVisions in helping mid-size technology companies improve through innovation. From technical positions to roles in marketing, business development and sales management, from struggling start-up companies to thriving Fortune 500 companies, Henry has hands-on experience in a variety of industries and has learned what makes businesses successful. He is proud to have worked in both high-tech and blue-collar organizations as he gained the valuable skills necessary to help companies deal with change and growth.

Henry is the author of numerous articles, case studies and whitepapers, and his first book, Business Genesis – A Strategic Approach to Starting a Business, was published in 2009 and is available in most major bookstores. His second book, an ebook entitled Why Companies Underperform – And What They Must Do to Succeed in The New Economy, is available for download at no cost on his website.

Henry’s formal education is also extensive. He holds a B.Sc from the University of Strathclyde (UK), a Masters in Electrical Engineering from the University of Syracuse, and has worked towards his MBA at Portland State University. Henry draws from a rich and varied background as a Certified Engineer (CEng), a Member of Institute of Electrical Engineers (MIEE), an active member of the Institute of Management Consultants, and a Certified Behavioral Analyst (CBA).
